Requirements for Program Acceptance

​

  • Proof of homelessness​

    • A referral from your Case Manager or Peer Support Specialist is required.

  • Proof of Veteran status (DD214)​

  • Discharge status of general or above 

  • Must have a minimum income of $1000 per month​

  • Must pass a background check

  • Must be willing to participate in Clinical Case Management

About the Property

  • A group room with books, games, tv, and computers

  • A playground for children

  • Community garden

  • Free laundry - five washers, five dryers

  • Two bedroom units which can either be family units or occupied by two single veterans

  • Staff is on-site Monday - Friday
